Classic Vehicle Registration Scheme (CVR) Information
Please see attached documents and forms that comprise the new Classic Vehicle Scheme (for vehicles that are 30+ years old, have GVM of 3.5 tonnes or less).
The classic vehicle conditional registration costs payable to the RMS will be:
- $22 Conditional registration administration fee
- $29 CTP insurance premium
- $44 Number plate fee (one-off)
- $95 Total
An additional fee of $30.00 (fee includes discounted cost of Express Post return mail envelope) per car is payable to ACMC as part of your car registration each year to cover the costs of Managing the Scheme.
Note: This is separate from your Cool Cars NSW membership renewal Fee of $50 paid direct to us via the online membership form on our website.
